CLEMCraft is the main distributor of goods made by members of the womens’

charity CLEM in Bolivia , Comunidad de Libertad y Esperanza de la Mujer, produced under ethical standards using traditional aguayo cloth that is woven by the Amayran weavers and sold by Amayran women in La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz.


All products are produced in a variety of colours.


Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in size and design from those seen on the website and in our leaflets.

These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to English Law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All goods will remain the sole property of CLEMCraft until payment is received in full.  All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.  If an ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason we will offer an alternative (if available) or give a full refund (please see under “ Delivery & Returns ” below).  In the event we are unable to fulfil an order due to insufficient stock, the customer will be notified of the delay and should this prove unsuitable, a full refund will be given.


Placing an Order

By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the sole purpose of supplying those goods.

Be assured that we do not pass your details to any other parties.


All online orders are confirmed as received through sending an auto-generated email.  We reserve the right to decline your order.  We will contact you by telephone or email regarding delivery, delays or security issues.  We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.


By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We try our very best to answer all emails within 3 working days (Mon – Fri).


If emailing regarding the status of a new order please allow at least one full working day before doing so.  To help us help you, please include the customer PayPal number, and the postcode used on the order.


Product Information


CLEMCraft has made every effort to ensure that all product information held on this website is accurate. but given CLEMCraft’s open policy on returns ( see below under “Returns”) CLEMCraft exclude any liability for any inaccuracy.


Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in size and design from those seen on the website and in our leaflets.


Products may be subject to being discontinued by the producers without notice.  If you order such a product we will offer the replacement model, or refund the purchase price in full.


Pricing

All prices are in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the then prevailing rate at the time of purchase.


Payment & Security

For your security and privacy all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card processing partner, Paypal.


We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.


Credit/debit card payments are taken at point of order on all sales. We also require the cardholder’s full name, address and telephone number when accepting a credit/debit card payment.  These must match the exact details registered with the card issuer.

Incomplete or incorrect details will result in a delay processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the identity of a customer we may carry out further security checks that may delay the processing of your order. As the supplier we reserve the right not to supply goods if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to a security check.

We may on occasion ask you to email further proof of identity.  We may on occasion ask the customer to supply their credit/debit card details to carry out a further security check.


If you suspect your card has been used fraudulently at CLEMCraft please contact your card issuer.


Refunds


A refund can take an estimated 3 working days to clear the banking system.  If you have requested a refund on an order, please allow this time to pass after receiving the refund confirmation email.

CLEMCraft does not disclose any customer information to third parties.

Delivery & Returns


Delivery Timings


Where items are in stock, we aim to despatch all orders within 28 days. Products are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier service and deliveries are generally between 9.00am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. All goods are sent either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier Service and are therefore traceable should a delay occur. Items must be signed for on receipt and if you are not in a card will be left for you to either re-arrange delivery, or you will be able to pick up your purchases from a local depot. Packages sent by courier and asked to be left in a garage, porch with a neighbour etc. are left at your own risk and no liability rests with either CLEMCraft or the Courier Company.


We aim to keep product listings on our website in – line with stock levels. However in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, delivery would be subject to delay in sourcing from the manufacturer.  If this occurs we will of course inform you and confirm whether or not you still wish to proceed or would prefer a refund.


Delivery Rates


Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.75 within the UK.


We do not deliver outside the UK (which term includes the Channel Islands and Isle of Mann).


In all cases if the actual shipping cost is greater than the one quoted we will email you with full details before processing your order.


Damage in Transit


If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make note of this on the delivery note and contact us immediately at : jasetr@googlemail.com or ros.hick@hotmail.com


Shortages and Incorrect Goods


If you take delivery of the wrong product please note this on the delivery note and contact us immediately at :  jasetr@googlemail.com

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that what they are signing for is indeed being delivered.

Returns


Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears.


In all other cases other than such earrings, should you not be completely happy with your purchase you may return it unused, in its original condition complete with all tags and packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Items being returned should be packaged suitably. If they are returned damaged due to unsuitable packaging a refund will not be given.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include a note of the problem and the delivery note.


We suggest that you return items via Royal Mail’s Recorded or Special Delivery service or similar traceable service.

All items despatched from CLEMCraft are inspected before despatch however products delivered which are faulty should be notified to us within 2 days of receipt. Please return to us as described above, include a note of the problem and the delivery note. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault you will be offered either a replacement or full refund, providing the item is complete and in its original packaging.


This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
